Hoogendijk Bouw is working on a large extension with roof terrace of a house in Heerhugowaard. We are building a large extension and creating a new facade at the rear of the house. The new steel construction, required to absorb the wall breakthrough, has been realized and installed by Anton Constructiewerken. PAN-architects is responsible for the design of the extension with roof terrace.
Originally at the back of the house was a large storage room made of insulated sandwich panels. Here we install new window openings to convert the storage into a lounge. The facade consists of two materials, namely Red Cedar and patinated zinc.
The frames are made of aluminum and are therefore durable and maintenance-free. On top of the extension, we immediately make a large roof terrace. Here the residents will soon be able to enjoy on beautiful days.
